What will be retained
The law requires us to keep certain records after your account is deleted. These records are stored securely and cannot be linked to your identity through our systems.
- Payment and transaction records — 5 years (tax and consumer protection laws)
- Contract and withdrawal records — 5 years (Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce)
- Consumer complaint records — 3 years
