Terms of Service

Korean Slang Club (the "Company") provides Korean-language learning content, video lessons, worksheets, audio assignments, instructor feedback, a mobile application, and related services for non-native learners of Korean.

The Company may modify, add, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service for operational or technical reasons.

By registering an account, making a payment, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

You must provide accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and for all activities that occur under your account.

The Company may offer both free and paid services. The price, duration, scope, and conditions of paid services are described on the relevant product or service page.

Prices shown for payments made on the web (via PayPal or card) include a 10% payment processing fee. Purchases made through the iOS app are billed by Apple through In-App Purchase at the price listed in the App Store, which does not include this fee.

Due to the nature of digital content and personalized feedback services, refunds may be limited once the Service has been delivered. Where applicable law requires a refund, the Company will comply with that law.

For payments made on the web (via PayPal or card), the 10% payment processing fee included in the price is non-refundable. Where a refund is issued, the Company refunds the course price, and this processing fee is not returned, so the amount you receive is less than the total amount paid. Purchases made through the App Store are refunded by Apple in accordance with Apple's policies.

All lessons, videos, audio, worksheets, designs, logos, software, and other content within the Service are the intellectual property of the Company or its rightful licensors.

You may not reproduce, distribute, share, sell, or commercially exploit any of the foregoing without the Company's prior written consent.

Audio recordings, assignments, questions, and other materials you submit may be used to provide feedback, operate the Service, and improve quality.

You represent and warrant that you hold all necessary rights to the content you submit.

You agree not to:

• Use another person's account without authorization
• Reproduce, distribute, or share Service content without permission
• Interfere with the operation of the Service or place undue load on our systems
• Post content that is unlawful or infringes the rights of others
• Submit inappropriate or offensive content

If you violate these Terms or interfere with the operation of the Service, the Company may restrict your use of the Service or delete your account without prior notice.

You may request account deletion or membership withdrawal at any time.

The Company is not liable for service interruptions or damages arising from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, system failures, internet outages, or third-party service interruptions.

The Company is not liable for damages arising from your negligence, device issues, or your network environment.

These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Korea.

Where Korean Slang Club is provided as a mobile application, you may use the application only for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive the source of the application or any part of it.

Downloading and using the mobile application may also be subject to the additional terms of the Apple App Store, Google Play, or other app marketplaces.
